Project Overview: As part of key customers’ project developed by Kangli in Fujian,  the Xiamen Vanke Heart of Lake phase I and II have received great support of Kangli leaders in terms of preliminary negotiation, medium-term implementation and later management . This is the top project in Xiamen so far.
The Xiamen Vanke Heart of Lake continues the unique architectural history of Xiamen, namely, uses the rustic and elegant full-Stone hanging, adopts the tall lines on the facade, and adds the square, tall step, arch and other essential elements on the classic European buildings, hence vividly displaying the magnificent atmosphere and enduring civilization. The dignity, exclusiveness, and dedication of Italy's official residence are fully interpreted here.
